Moving forward …

So a name was mentioned to me, Jim Stoppani..he literally has a chunk of his spine missing..he has developed workouts for people with serious back injuries, one which i tried today..and it was great, no pain, nor stress on lower back. The only pain i felt was pulling myself up to change the bars. The workouts are pretty much all based from the floor, on your back, knees up…it was great. Could still lift as heavy..and could actually do MORE reps. Last night i was resigned to the fact i may need to stop lifting, but not now..
